Crispy Rice Treats

These are great around the holidays! When using the Chicago Soy Dairy brand of vegan marshmallows, no other alteration of the original recipe is necessary :) Nice to have a quick & easy treat!

Athens, WV Town Social 2011

My friend Leza & I set up a vendor stand at the 25th Annual Athens-Concord Town Social this year to sell our eco-friendly arts & crafts, and my delicious vegan baked goods!
